Welcome to Regalook’s online gallery hosted on Pixieset (“Service”). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing images through this Service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Ownership of Content

  • All photographs, videos, and digital media (“Content”) displayed on this Service are the exclusive property of Regalook unless otherwise stated.

  • Purchasing a digital download or print grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content for personal purposes only, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • Any commercial, editorial, or third-party use requires prior written permission from Regalook.

2. Watermarks

  • All preview images are watermarked to protect intellectual property.

  • Purchased images will be delivered without watermarks unless specified otherwise.

3. Purchases and Payments

  • All prices are displayed in CAD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

  • Payments are processed securely via Pixieset’s integrated payment system.

  • Sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the products, no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by law.

4. Delivery of Digital Files

  • Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your digital files.

  • Regalook is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues outside of our control, including but not limited to internet connectivity or third-party platform downtime.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Content.

  • Remove any embedded metadata or copyright notices.

  • Alter the Content in a way that misrepresents Regalook’s work.

  • Use Content for unlawful, defamatory, or harmful purposes.

6. Event and Portrait Galleries

  • Event and portrait galleries may be password-protected. It is your responsibility to keep passwords confidential.

  • Regalook reserves the right to remove galleries after a set period (typically [insert time frame, e.g., 90 days] from the upload date).

7. Privacy

  • Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and improving our services.

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required by law or to process payments and deliver your order.
